Complaint Procedure for Damaged Shipments
Before accepting the shipment, please check if it has been damaged during transport. Claims regarding mechanical damages incurred during transport will only be considered upon submission of a damage report signed by both the recipient and the delivery person.
Steps to File a Complaint:
- Fill out the written complaint form.
- Email the completed form to basedonbase.com@gmail.com, with the subject „Complaint”. Include the order number, description, and/or photos.
- Put the complaint form and items into the original packaging and send to:
